GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Brooks ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Trovillion
Mobile Surgical Facilities; revises definitions to include "mobile surgical facility"; requires licensure of said facilities under Hospital Licensing & Regulation Law; requires licensure inspections of such facilities under specified circumstances; authorizes establishment of separate standards for said facilities; provides for imposition of annual assessment upon mobile surgical facilities, etc. Amends Ch. 395, 408.036.
