Florida Clean Fuel Act; creates said act; provides purposes & definitions; establishes Clean Fuel Florida Task Force; specifies membership; requires report containing recommendations for pilot programs; requires report to Legislature; requires budget; provides for deposit of portion of fees for driver's licenses into Energy Consumption Trust Fund for certain purposes. Amends 322.21.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
