Health Care Practitioner/Credentials; provides for standardized credentialing of said practitioners; provides for standardized credentials verification program; provides for delegation of credentialing authority by contract; provides for availability of data collected; provides for standards & registration, including registration fee; preserves health care entities from liability & certain actions for reliance on data provided by credentials verification entity, etc. Creates 455.557. APPROPRIATION: $5,560,000.
