Care of Elderly Persons (RAB); provides requirements for contract executed between licensee & resident of assisted living facility; authorizes Elderly Affairs Dept. to adopt rules; revises requirements for facility re obtaining surety bonds; authorizes certain rules re pharmacy & dietary services, & construction requirements; revises requirements for licensure to operate adult family-care home; provides violations & penalties, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 409.212.
