Elderly Persons & Disabled Adults; transfers powers, duties, & functions re services for elderly persons & disabled adults under Aging & Adult Services provisions from CFS Dept. to Elderly Affairs Dept.; conforms responsibilities of Elderly Affairs Dept. re provision of home care for disabled adults & community care for disabled adults program, to conform to said transfer; repeals certain provisions re multiyear plan for service needs of disabled adults, etc. Amends Ch. 410.
