Federal Law Enforcement TF/HSMV; creates said fund within Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles Dept.; provides sources of funds; exempts trust fund from various service charges; provides for annual carryforward of funds; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund; amends provision re duties of various agencies re deposit of certain moneys, to conform. Amends 932.705, 895.09, 932.7055.
