JOINT RESOLUTION by Putnam
Tobacco Settlement Endowment TF; constitutional amendment to establish said trust fund; requires 70 percent of net funds recovered from tobacco manufacturers by state be deposited in fund; prohibits non-federally required expenditure of fund corpus permitting use of income from fund for provision of vital services as determined by Legislature. Creates s. 19, Art. VII.
