GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Campbell

Offense of Murder/Redefined; redefines offense of capital murder in first degree to include act of unlawfully killing human being while perpetrating, or attempting to perpetrate, murder of another human being; redefines offense of second-degree felony murder to include act of unlawfully killing human being while perpetrating or attempting to perpetrate murder of another human being, etc. Amends 782.04; reenacts ss. of FS.
