GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Victim & Witness/Protective Services; redefines term "serious felony offense" to include attempt, solicitation, or conspiracy to commit certain offenses for purposes of provisions that authorize law enforcement agencies to protect victims & witnesses who are at risk of harm. Amends 914.25.
