Florida Housing Finance Corporation; requires that corporation allocate portion of low-income housing tax credits under Internal Revenue Code to projects involving qualified nonprofit organizations; provides responsibilities of such organizations; defines such organizations; provides applicability to certain previously approved projects & requires compliance; applies retroactively to January 1, 1997. Amends 420.5099.
