Professional Biology/Regulation; creates provisions to provide for regulation of practice of professional biology; provides for exemptions from regulation; creates Professional Biologists Board within DBPR; requires development of test; requires certificate of authorization for corporation, partnership, association, or person practicing under fictitious name to practice or offer to practice professional biology, etc. Creates Ch. 485; amends 20.165.
