Timeshare Plans; revises provisions re scope of chapter; provides for certain rules; defines term "regulated short-term product"; revises provisions re contracts for purchase of timeshare periods; requires disclosure statements for purchase agreements; revises provisions re management & assessments for common expenses; creates "Timeshare Lien Foreclosure Act"; provides for registered agent; creates timeshare commissioners of deeds, etc. Amends Ch. 721.
