Lottery/Public Assistance Recipients; provides for reducing prize amounts to certain persons who receive public assistance under certain circumstances; provides for deducting overpayments from public assistance payment under certain circumstances; provides for agency responsibility for identifying certain recipients of public assistance; provides for disposition of remainders of lottery prizes under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 24.115, 414.28.
