Journalist's Privilege; provides to professional journalist qualified privilege not to be a witness concerning, & not to disclose, certain information, including source's identity, obtained while journalist was actively gathering news; restricts applicability of privilege to information or eye witness observations obtained within normal scope of employment; provides that privilege is not applicable to physical evidence of crime, etc. Creates 90.5015.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
