GENERAL BILL by Williams
Public Records/Auto Jt. Underwriting; provides certain exemptions from public records requirements re Fla. Automobile Joint Underwriting Association; provides requirements re sharing of confidential records; provides exemption from public meetings requirements for meetings during which underwriting files or open claims files are discussed; provides requirements re such closed meetings & records thereof; provides for future review & repeal, etc. Amends 627.311.
