SB 748: Public Hospital Lease
GENERAL BILL by Williams
Public Hospital Lease; provides that private corporation that leases public hospital or public health care facility is not person acting on behalf of such entity & subject to open records & meetings law under certain circumstances; provides finding of public purpose; provides future repeal. Amends 155.40.
