GENERAL BILL by Childers
Michael Lambert Ferguson Act; creates title for said act; requires each applicant for licensure as athlete agent to submit full set of fingerprints for purposes of required criminal records check; exempts members of The Florida Bar from regulations imposed on such agents. Amends 468.453.
