Public Records/Fla. Land Sales Div.; provides exemption from public records requirements for information re investigation by Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Div. of DBPR under Fla. Uniform Land Sales Practices Law for specified period; provides for continued exemption for certain information re such investigation under certain conditions; authorizes certain disclosure of such information; provides for future review & repeal, etc. Amends 498.047.
