JOINT RESOLUTION by Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hargrett ; Crist
Legislative Authority Limits/Taxes; constitutional amendment, effective January 1, 1999, to require that law that imposes new or increased taxes or repeals exemptions from tax be enacted in bill for that purpose only by two-thirds vote of membership of each house of Legislature. Amends s. 1, Art. VII.
