SB 84: Tobacco-free Prisons Act
GENERAL BILL by Burt
Tobacco-free Prisons Act; creates said act; requires DOC & Correctional Privatization Commission to make smoking-cessation assistance available to inmates; prohibits inmate within state or private correctional facility from possessing or using tobacco products regardless of inmate's location; authorizes employees to possess & use tobacco products outdoors within facility perimeter, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
