CS/SB 860: Voyeurism
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Kirkpatrick
Voyeurism; prohibits person from secretly observing or committing other acts against another person with lewd, lascivious, or indecent intent when other person is in location that provides reasonable expectation of privacy; provides that person may be convicted & sentenced separately for voyeurism offense & for any other criminal offense; provides for criminal penalties. Creates 810.14.
