Public Records/Social Workers; provides for application of public records exemptions in certain provisions to certain information concerning licensed graduate & bachelor social workers; provides for application of public meetings exemption in certain provision to proceedings of probable cause panel re investigations re such practitioners; takes effect on same date that CS/SB 402 or similar legislation takes effect, etc. Creates 468.854.
