GENERAL BILL by Health Care Standards & Regulatory Reform ; Gay
Radiation Therapy Centers; removes freestanding radiation therapy centers from annual assessment on net operating revenues of certain health care entities. Amends 395.7015. APPROPRIATION: $1,040,000.
