GENERAL BILL by Crady ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Bainter ; Harrington
Concealed Weapons/Nonresidents; provides that nonresident who is U.S. citizen may carry concealed weapon or firearm in this state if nonresident has attained specified age & holds valid license to carry concealed weapon or firearm issued in another state; provides that out-of-state license to carry concealed weapon or firearm remains in effect for certain period following date the holder of license establishes legal residence in this state, etc.
