Patient Records/Disclosure; deletes requirement that patient records be disclosed upon court subpoena in criminal action unless otherwise prohibited; requires that patient records be disclosed to state attorney's office upon certain conditions; authorizes charges for providing such disclosure. Amends 395.3025.
