Vehicular or Vessel Homicide Penalty; increases penalties imposed for committing offense of vehicular homicide or vessel homicide; increases penalties imposed for committing vehicular homicide or vessel homicide & failing to give information & render aid when offender knew, or should have known, that accident occurred; amends provision re Criminal Punishment Code; conforms references to changes made by act. Amends 782.071,.072, 921.0022.
