GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Bronson
Environmental Mitigation; authorizes DOT to include inventory of habitats impacted by projects in adopted work program; provides uses for specified funding; provides that preliminary approval of mitigation plan is not decision affecting substantial interests; provides legislative findings & intent re mitigation plan for Dade Co. Lake Belt Area to offset impact of mining activities; imposes fee on commercial extraction of limerock & sand, etc. Amends 373.4137.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
