FRS Preservation of Benefits Plan; amends provision re benefits payable under Florida Retirement System; provides for payment of federally limited benefits through said plan; creates Fla. Retirement System Preservation of Benefits Plan; provides for eligibility; provides for benefits & contributions; provides for administration; provides finding of important state interest. Amends 121.091; creates 121.1001.
