GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Geller

Teenage Driver Education & Licenses; provides certain persons may not be issued driver's license; authorizes board of county commissioners to require by ordinance specified amount withheld from each civil fine to be used to fund trafffic education & awareness programs. Amends 322.05.
