No-fault Workers' Compensation; creates "Florida No-fault Workers' Compensation & Employer Liability Act"; authorizes election of provisions of act in lieu of application of Workers' Compensation provisions; provides for notice of election; provides for notice to employees; specifies benefits payable to employees; specifies accidental death & dismemberment insurance coverage; specifies employer duties to employees; provides for tort exemptions; provides for coworker immunity, etc.
