Filings With Dept. of State; specifies purposes & use of master business index; provides requirements for participating agencies; authorizes dept. to create directory of business activity for certain purposes & to use uniform business report for certain purposes; authorizes dept. to prescribe forms; provides for use of uniform business report as substitute for certain reporting & renewal requirements; provides for electronic filing of documents, etc. Amends FS.
