Children In Need of Services/Shelter; amends requirements for placing child in staff-secure shelter; provides for waiver of right to counsel in prescribed circumstances; amends criteria & provides time limits for placement of child in physically secure shelter; provides for judicial review of status of child who is placed in such shelter; provides for referral of child to CFS Dept. for dependency or mental health services, etc. Amends 984.225,.226.
