Unemployment Compensation; (THIS BILL COMBINES H109,31) extends for an additional year temporary reduction in certain contribution rates for specified employers; clarifies provisions re disqualification for benefits; extends for specified period temporary increase in maximum weekly & yearly benefit amounts for unemployment compensation benefits; specifies benefit years; provides extension for Fla. Training Investment Program. Amends 443.101,.111,.231.
