LOCAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz
Broward Co./Hillsboro Inlet District; combines & codifies specific provisions which created & incorporated special taxing district in Broward Co., known as Hillsboro Inlet & Maintenance District; repeals all prior special acts of Legislature re said district; provides for amendment to charter section titled "Prevention of Erosion of City of Pompano Beach Area," previously codified under specific provision, to allow district to perform erosion prevention activities, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
