SB 1100: Health Care Referral/Kidney Dialysis
GENERAL BILL by Forman
Health Care Referral/Kidney Dialysis; redefines term "health care provider" to include any business entity that provides clinical lab services for kidney dialysis or nephrology & that is vertically integrated with another entity that provides certain other related services; redefines term "referral" to remove provisions excluding orders, recommendations, & plans of care by nephrologist for renal dialysis services & supplies from services that do not constitute referral, etc. Amends FS.
