Hillsborough Co./Tampa; repeals certain provision of special act re definition of casual laborer; revises definition of "temporary employee," "continuous service," & "average monthly salary"; provides for employer contributions to fund costs of administering plan; provides for additional authorized investments; revises death benefits; revises time in which temporary employees are required to obtain physical examination, etc.
