Anastasia Mosquito Control District; (St. Johns Co.) codifies district's charter; eliminates obsolete provisions pertaining to appointment & election of initial board of commissioners; provides District boundaries; eliminates requirement that members of board be freeholders; eliminates requirement for petitions by candidates for office of commissioner; provides that terms of said office shall be staggered; requires election for change in boundaries of district, etc.
