GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Health Care Providers & HMOs; requires HMOs to provide for resolution of grievances brought by subscribers; specifies circumstances under which HMO must refer subscriber to specialist; creates "Access to Emergency Medical Services Act"; provides free choice to subscribers to certain health care plans, & to persons covered under certain health insurance policies or contracts, in selection of specified providers; provides for freedom of choice for dental patients, etc. Amends FS.
