Multitenant Telecommunication Serv.; revises legislative intent; provides additional definitions; provides for telecommunications services access to multitenant environments; provides standards; prohibits certain exclusionary contracts; provides for dispute resolution, procedures & requirements; requires PSC to adopt rules; prohibits certain compensation of landlords under certain circumstances; corrects cross references. Amends Chs. 196, 199, 212, 290, 350, 364, 489.
