Bob Byram Nursing Home Care Reform; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S834,1140,1612) creates "Bob Byram Nursing Home Care Reform Act"; provides for user-friendly poster of residents' rights; provides minimum staffing requirements; prohibits willful interference with unannounced required inspections of facility; provides that identity of person reporting adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation may be released to Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $30,000.
