Judicial Employees/Retirement; adds assistant state attorneys, assistant statewide prosecutors, & assistant public defenders to Senior Management Service Class of Florida Retirement System; authorizes state courts to pay Selected Exempt Service benefits to judicial assistants. Amends 121.055.
