Lobbyists/Disclosure; requires lobbyists who request state legislator to sponsor or oppose a bill to make certain disclosures to OLS; prohibits state legislators from submitting false or improper expense voucher; provides criminal penalty; requires OLS to notify Senate President & House Speaker when legislator submits false or improper expense voucher; requires report to commission of personal income received from business relationship, etc.
