GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Latvala

Service Warranties; modifies insurance requirements for service agreement companies; prescribes manner in which service agreement must identify restrictions or limitations on benefits or existence of rental car provision; requires home warranty contracts to state that warranty may not provide listing period coverage free of charge; redefines term "service warranty"; provides for contractual liability requirements for associations. Amends 634.041,.121,.312,.401,.406.
