Teacher Assessments; provides for period of probation for instructional personnel who are employed under professional service contracts & who fail to demonstrate corrective action following notice of unsatisfactory performance; provides for assessment & recommendation by superintendent to school board; provides for hearing by school board or administrative law judge. Amends 231.29.
