Funeral & Cemetery Services; revises terminology re cemeteries owned by religious institution; defines term "religious institution"; increases annual license fees for certain cemeteries; provides initial application & renewal fees for certificate of authority to sell preneed contract; revises terminology designating trust fund; eliminates fee charged to examine business of any person writing preneed contracts & any guaranteeing organization, etc. Amends Ch. 497. APPROPRIATION: $115,000.
