HB 1439: Capital Felony Sentencing

GENERAL BILL by Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Capital Felony Sentencing; provides as additional aggravating circumstance for purposes of sentencing that capital felony was committed while defendant was violating injunction for protection against domestic violence or repeat violence, foreign protection order, or any other court-imposed prohibition of conduct toward victim. Amends 921.141.
