Lake Worth Drainage District; (Palm Beach Co.) provides for board of supervisors of district to be elected from single-member subdistricts; increases membership of board of supervisors; deletes provisions that authorize referendum on procedures for electing board of supervisors; provides for members of board of supervisors on effective date of act to remain in office until expiration of their terms.
