GENERAL BILL by Gutman
Workers' Compensation; deletes provision that medically necessary treatment does not include chiropractic services; deletes employee's responsibility for copayment for medical services; extends time for payment of benefits for temporary total disability; increases time for payment of temporary partial disability benefits; provides employees with right to attorney in proceeding before Employee Assistance Ombudsman Off. to resolve dispute, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
