Controlled Substances; amends provision re scheduling of controlled substances for purpose of penalizing unlawful acts involving controlled substances; deletes references to dextropropoxyphene in its nondosage forms from Schedule II; adds references to propoxyphene in its nondosage forms to Schedule II; deletes references to gamma-hydroxy-butyrate from Schedule II; adds references to gamma-hydroxybutyric acid to Schedule II, etc. Amends Ch. 893; reenacts FS.
