HB 1525: Social Services Funding
GENERAL BILL by Bronson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Futch ; Posey ; Peaden ; Casey ; Eggelletion ; Dennis ; Putnam
Social Services Funding; amends provisions re alcohol, drug abuse, & mental health funding equity; provides that any service district of CFS Dept. that receives less than statewide average funding level per person on annual basis shall not have funds deducted during any reduction in level of recurring appropriations until such district's funding level is equal to statewide average funding level, etc. Amends 394.908, 409.915.
